70 Days in Sparta

"They were the only men in the world for whom war brought a respite from the training for war.”
-PLUTARCH

-

The methods used to build strength and conditioning by the ancient Spartans have been lost for more than 2000 years.

Until NOW.

70 Days in Sparta is the ONLY historic Spartan training program in the WORLD.

The Spartans were not only the most elite warriors of all time - they also dominated the Olympic Games in everything from strength and endurance to wrestling and mixed martial arts (known then as ‘pankration’).

Built from remnants of ancient texts and five years of archaeological research, this multi-use training program is the first training routine to EVER resurrect the actual methods of the ancient Spartans - all laid out in a simple step-by-step training guide, complete with videos to explain and clarify key points.

Like a Swiss Army knife, Sparta’s methods are so powerful and diverse they can be applied to nearly any physical pursuit: strength, endurance, muscle building, fat loss or maximizing athleticism.

For the first time in thousands of years, YOU can share in the power and glory of ancient Sparta.
